What is your recent launch or top-selling product?

Other than that, Lalamove launched the Long Haul Delivery service which offers interstate delivery with 4 x 4 Pickups, Vans and Lorries. Lalamove’s on-demand delivery model enables businesses to place a long-distance delivery order anytime. Customers can get matched with a 4 x 4 Pickup/Van/Lorry delivery partner instantly. Besides on-demand and same-day, customers can also reserve our vehicle for interstate delivery up to 30 days in advance. Our fleet of interstate delivery vehicles can meet the varying volume and size of commodities. With Lalamove, customers will only need to pay based on the figure that our app shows you! What is your go-to marketing strategy currently?

Dynamic media mix is always our go-to marketing strategy to make sure we’re delivering the message to the market at the right time with larger coverage.

How did the COVID-19 pandemic affect your marketing strategy?

The pandemic has significantly changed consumer behaviour. Nowadays, people are more glued to their devices than ever, so it’s essential to put our brand front and centre on channels that can give us the best returns. We’ve been exploring more channels and media partners to enrich our marketing strategy to make sure we’re “visible” by the market.

Isu Kenaikan Harga Barang

Semuanya pasti Akan dilalui oleh usahawan sepanjang proses berbisnes. Namun, terpapar di dada akhbar akan kenaikan harga barang terutamanya dalam industri makanan dan bahan mentah.

Banyak perkara saya kaji dalam tempoh 2 minggu lalu antaranya sentimen pasaran, kadar inflasi dengan kenaikan harga barang yang telah jangka malah sebut pada Ogos tahun lalu lagi.

Kenaikan sesetengah barang dilihat sekitar 30% hingga lebih 100% ketika ini.

Sebab itu, kritikalnya untuk anda semua ada kesedaran ini, terutama mereka yang sedang jalankan bisnes kerana bukan mudah pada tahun ini.

Rupanya tidak semua syarikat besar mempunyai matlamat yang jelas. Ada syarikat di luar sana yang tidak tahu apa Yang perlu mereka lakukan untuk mengembangkan perniagaan.

Semalam, saya berpeluang bersama dengan kumpulan pemilik syarikat dan peniaga Cina bahawa memang banyak syarikat sedang tutup atau dah lingkup.

Walaupun peniaga ini ada kilang di China, mereka sudah tak nampak apa perlu dibuat, selain tak pandai soal pemasaran.

Pemasaran Yang Sama, Takkan Dapat Hasil Yang Lebih

Hasil Pemasaran yang sama akan memberi hasil yang sama. Anda takkan dapat hasil yang berbeza dan lebih baik jika buat tindakan yang sama.

Saya juga sedar bahawa sebenarnya untuk mula semula bisnes dari kosong agak susah bila ditanya seorang usahawan dalam pembinaan, apa bisnes yang bagus ketika ini?

Pertama kali, saya tidak tahu memberikan jawapan apa.

Tapi saya sedar bahawa bagi mereka yang ada bisnes ketika ini dan kekal lakukan seperti biasa, maka dia akan 'mati'!

Hal ini kerana pasaran bergerak perlahan dan orang ramai tidak berbelanja agresif seperti sebelum ini.

Kalau kekal dengan usaha normal, anda akan mati dan jika kekal kecil anda akan pupus.
